Re: very old new student (midwifery)

Hi, I just want to send a few words of encouragement. I'm one of the older ones too, I started this course in august last year and I'm finally onto my last ever essay. It's been tough, I worked full time, have an extremely hyper 18 month old and I was pregnant with a very sickly pregnancy. There has...

Re: Midwifery - I NEED distinctions...

Hi Amanda,

Just seen your reply, You definitely CAN get those 20 distinctions. Im over the 18 distinction mark now and to think i was having panic attacks every time i received a merit, ive felt like giving up a few times but stuck with it... Its certainly do-able. good luck

TAQ 3 powerpoint

If I dont do a powerpoint for this taq and use word document instead - would i lose marks?

I find powerpoints, time consuming and inconvenient, especially as we have to submit the assignment as 1 whole unit?

Thanks

Re: Anyone passed AAOA exam?

Yip, feeling loads better but terrified about the mark !! I done the best I could, but I found that .. at least 30% of the questions weren't in the materials. I don't know if im allowed to say what was in it here, so I wont but, 2 of the questions were based on something which is just merely mention...

Re: Midwifery - I NEED distinctions...

I eventually achieved those 18 distinction credits :-)

Just need to finish with merits or distinctions if I'm lucky - do a few exams and that's me done. I can't wait !!!!! It's such a tough course ! But hopefully I've made it - woohoo

Anyone passed AAOA exam?

There are no discussions relating to this exam? Has anyone passed it or attempted it? I'm finding the revision terrible! 9 units of 20 pages (for some) !!! Feeling like a failure already. The SAQs are even difficult ... It's all dates, studies, theories, stages, phases etc....
