Q17 a) academic text books

Hi all I have completed the rest of the questions but I cant seem to find an academic text book could some body give me a push in the right direction please.....
Also Audio vision... do I use a picture or a video and could I use you tube for this????

I found this website indispensible throughout the course as it was the easiest and most detailed site showing how to compile your references. Lots of examples that you can use as a template for your own.

I'm not sure about the YouTube video, it might cross the line into being a website/electronic source? Just make one up, I did. I think I used the apprentice or the 10 o'clock news.

Thank you rml Very helpful link I used BBC Pod cast in the end but I have saved the Harvard link. xx
