Ethicaly i can't just go and spy on couples in ,say, a resturant. I understand that it is about the writing-up of a report but im worried about how to do this practicle experiment. Really stupid question about practicle report.......

Really stupid question about practicle report.......
......do we actually have to observe 10 couples? If so, how did you find them? Ethicaly i can't just go and spy on couples in ,say, a resturant. I understand that it is about the writing-up of a report but im worried about how to do this practicle experiment.

I wondered about that too. My husband was really worried when I told him what it entailed and said how unethical it is to sit and watch how often couple touch each other.
Someone on another forum I've 'chatted' to said she might take her laptop and pretend to work and glance up every now and then but I figure that she might then miss some interaction, making it not true to life anyway.
I'm not at the report yet - still slogging my way through the advanced essay but not really looking forward to the practical.
