Karen - the criteria has a mistake - 4.2 advanced essay says EQUALITY and should read EQUITY.

Also, it says RATIONAL REPAIR rather than RELATIONAL REPAIR.

That is exactly what is says in the OCN information on the assessment criterion but you are right I will have to ask OCN if they have got it wrong however, look at it as relational repair.
