Perspectives TAQ 1 part 1?

Post by het17 »

Hi, I'm confused on whether I'm meant to use studies/evidence in the analysis part of TAQ 1 part 1?

So far I've just talked about things like reductionism, determinism etc. and not used studies to support or criticise the perspectives. I've also mainly said critical points and not positive. Is this okay or should I add studies?

And are the studies I talk about in TAQ 1 part 2 meant to be studies I've already talked about in part 1?

Probably overthinking this but any advice would be appreciated :D

Hi

So, in part 1: a: no you don't add studies to this part and yes what you have written is fine.

Part 1: b: you then give a brief description of studies that support the perspective.

So, don't worry at all, you sound like you are doing great!

Okay that's a relief, thanks!

I was also wondering,

If I'm meant to be comparing/contrasting the perspectives in the analysis column? Or just evaluating them separately (which is what I've mostly done so far)

And if 150 words is too much for talking about the studies for one perspective?

Thanks again! :)

Hi
Sorry for the delay in reply - I have been on leave and have just seen your post - are you ok with this TAQ now?
