TAQ1 - website source?

Post by mollygirl »

I may be barking up the wrong tree, but I don't understand how the web source provided for part 1 of this question helps in any way identify the different types of person

Please can someone point me in the right direction? Can I use better websites to help me with this part?

Thanks!
Mel

Hiya

that focuses on the dietary part I'm afraid, the different people will have different requirements depending on what their body needs such as the athlete will definitely have different requirements from a breastfeeding mother, the trick is to marry up this requirement with the diet

I hope this helps

Thanks Robin - I'm ok to answer the question, I know what i'm being asked.

What's thrown me is the question:
TAQ 1: http://www.nutri-facts.com/browse.php
1) Using the information source above select a three day menu for the following 3 people:

That website is rubbish - can I use my own research? Why does it tell me to use this website?

Cheers

Hiya

that site is mainly given as a rough source of information, if you wish to extend and go beyond that as a source then feel free in fact personally and I think I can say this without contradiction most tutors prefer to see a wider base of research, I know I do

I hope this helps
