there are similarities but I'd definitely play those down and focus on the differences. We've also split the table to make things easier so natural and acquired for instance the natural immunity is those which are non specific are are the main defences we have such as skin, mucous etc, then acquired is the specific immunity which is built up by exposure to pathogens
Active overlaps a lot with acquired, since it's built by direct exposure to a pathogen where passive is the use of already prepared antibodies injected into the person or from exchange of antibodies across the placental wall
really you could call active and passive a subset of acquired, but really there's differences in uses and durations. Really it's the differences I'd focus on for this question
