TAQ. 4 information overload, please help....

Can anyone help me with a few questions on TAQ 4 please?

In regards to the 5 antibodies used in the immune system, when do they get activated into action, numerous sources indicate the 3rd line of defence?

Secondly, I've structured the essay in regards to lines of defence;

So my intro Is based on :

1st line-non specific mechanical barriers such as skin, cilia etc, what are the chemical and cell aspects on this line.

2nd line-non specific such as WBC, inflammation, macrophages and interferons (cell defence)

3rd line- specific T cells, B Cells, antibodies, and compliment system to help all three lines?

Is this accurate? I don't know how to tackle this otherwise?
