Carrying out a practical investigation (biology)

Post by cjeannew100 »

Hello,

I am wondering if someone can point me in the right direction, i am writing up the results of the investigation and I have found myself very confused! I am finding in really difficult to get my head around the formula and the results section in general! I would really appreciate any help or advice!

Thanks

http://www.graphpad.com/quickcalcs/ttest1.cfm.

A statistical test helps to establish if there is a significant difference in the pulse rates of the type A and B personalities to determine which hypothesis should be accepted.

Use the link above to help you with the results.

P.S. If you are still not understanding I would suggest asking your tutor for a tutorial

Hi Clancey,

I used spss for my scientific research, it’s the most appropriate one for hypothesis support. Its a bit tricky to get formulas and all that in first place

Good Luck
