ANATOMY AND PHYSIOLOGY

i need help with TAG 4 and 5, can someone help me
TAG 4 is Skeletal muscles have complicated structures that allow them to move, what are these structures and how do they allow muscles to carry out their roles
TAG 5 is discuss how muscles produce movement of the arm, with reference to antagonist pairs?

TAQ4 you need to describe muscles down to the cellular level, how they are arranged, how they move, what tonic and twitch fibres do etc

TAQ5 is fairly straightforward - one muscle is the agonist, one the antagonist and how this all works.
